Sue Smith joined the ACE European Group as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in January 2008.
She is responsible for human resources across the whole region including the UK, Continental Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa. Her role involves developing, implementing and effectively communicating ACE European Group's human resources strategy. She provides leadership and guidance in strategy, staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and other aspects of the business.
